Jalan Cilincing Raya Being Repaired

The North Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency is repairing the damaged roads, precisely on Jalan Cilincing Raya near access to the residential area of RW 08 Semper Timur Urban Village, Cilincing Sub-district.

It has been carried out since yesterday and is targeted to be complete tomorrow

Cilincing Sub-district Bina Marga Task Force Head, Riri Kusrini said the damage was caused because the old patch had holes and bumps.

"It was also damaged by passing trucks and heavy rain," she expressed, Tuesday (2/15).

To repair the road, she had dispatched around seven workers to the location. It was carried out manually using a shovel, blencong (digging tool), and jackhammer.

Technically, before doing the patching, they peeled the old patch and asphalt that was damaged. Then it proceed with patching the peeled part with hot mix asphalt.

"It has been carried out since yesterday and is targeted to be complete tomorrow. The damaged area is about 130 square meters," she stated.
